Like most Statham films this follows a predictable pattern, he makes some bad enemies who turn up when he least expects it and he kicks ass. He moves well and looks good when he's kicking ass and that's why I essentially keep watching the same film again when a new one of his come out. They'll never win any awards, but there's nothing wrong with that.
It has a few differences from the usual pattern (although a few interesting support characters could probably be described as a pattern in its own right), the first is the daughter. Her scene near the beginning was amusing and we also have the mighty Clancy Brown as the town sheriff. Ok, he's not so mighty here, but still he's fun to watch.
And that's it, we have more of the same for what Statham does well and it's a fun watch because of it.
